Jo Ann Walk-Ferguson has been a franchisee for 20 years. In 1984, Jo Ann began her career with GNC as a corporate store manager at Leigh Mall in Columbus, MS. Five years later, in 1989, she purchased the store to become one of the first franchise operators in the GNC Franchise System. Then in 1993, she purchased her second store in Starkville, MS.
Jo Ann knew that becoming a GNC franchise operator was the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an established, reputable company. “I already knew GNC had the best and finest quality products and service as well as the ability to attract and retain customers," she says.
